Phoebe A. Haddon was selected to serve as the ninth dean of the law school. UMB Law School Selects First African-American DeanOn March 30, the University of Maryland, Baltimore announced the selection of Phoebe Haddon, a leader in tort and constitutional law and legal education from Temple University, to serve as the new dean of the School of Law.
